How to improve the performance of the quality double decker needle loom products

1. Mixed with high shrinkage fibers
High shrinkage fibers, such as polyvinyl chloride fibers, are mixed into the fiber web of the quality double decker needle loom products, and are subjected to hot air, water vapor or heat treatment after needle punching. If the content of high shrinkage fibers in the fiber web is eighty percent, the shrinkage rate after heat treatment can reach fifty percent. The method can improve the density of the needle punched non-woven material by the quality double decker needle loom, reduce the needle punch marks on the surface, and has good resistance to repeated bending and good layering resistance. However, since the high shrinkage fibers lose most of their strength due to structural changes during heat treatment, the product strength and dimensional stability are insufficient.

2. Mixing thermal bonding fibers
The thermal bonding fibers are mixed into the fiber web of the quality double decker needle loom products, and the strength and dimensional stability of the needle punched non-woven material can be improved by hot rolling after needle punching. This method cannot usually be used independently as reinforcement for the needle punched non-woven material of the quality double decker needle loom, and can only be used for additional reinforcement of the needle punched non-woven material on which the base fabric is laid.
3. Laying the base cloth
The needling machine laying light and thin base cloth can greatly improve the initial elastic modulus of non-woven materials, but it does not help to improve the breaking strength. The quality double decker needle loom products laying high-strength thick and heavy base fabric can greatly improve the breaking strength of non-woven materials, but the damage to the base fabric must be paid attention to.
