Rubber thread warping machine
Purpose:
Warping all kind of rubber thread such as laex,spandex,lycra and covered rubber thread,and maintain the tension of the rubber thread.
Machine Features:
1,Adopts speed converter the speed can be controlled automatically.Electronic length counter can set length according to requirments.The machine will stop when it achieves the length,avoiding the waste of yarns.In addtion,alarm device is available.Automatic stopping will acet in case of threads breakage.Alarm light is provided.
2,Warp tension adjustor ensures the optimal tension required.The steel buckle for passing yarn can be adjusted according to the warp density.Pneumatic device allows the easy dismantlement of warp beam.
3,By using the PU drum to drive the beam in the same sequence.
Special Device:
The rubber roller size and the back creel postion quantity can be customized.
