starch ironing machine

Purpose:

Starch ironing machine use to starching and ironing elastic or non elastic tape. 

Machine Features:

1,Finished starching and sizing together for increase the quality of tapes can do 1~4 lines once time. There are two stainless steel electric-type starching rollers. Desiged two options of electric heating and burning gas heating.

2,Heating fast, stable temperature, and you can set the temperature according to your requirements of quality.

3, Feeding tape speed and tension is adjustable. Used the convertor to control the speed of taking-off tape without curly tapes and operation easily.

4, Heated by burning gas is used to advanced electric ignition system and controled by solenoid valva. No need human ignite, burning safety, without pollution, the temperature is available to be set and operation safety.

Optional Devices:

The size of the roller and heating capacity are can be order according to your requirements (You have to prepare a Air Compressor over 1/4HP)

We can make horizontal type and vertical type as your needs, the maximal size is D 780*L2440.
